2) Stronger protection: COB LED chips are welded on the PCB board directly, then do encapsulation. It has excellent protection capabilities.

3) Higher reliability and stability: COB technology has simpler process on material using and producing than SMD, so it has higher performance on heat dissipation to prolong life span.

4) Larger viewing angle: has larger viewing angle and is easy to control the loss of light refraction.

COB LED display screen advantage :

1:the thickness from 2.0 ~ 2.0 mm thickness of PCB, the least weight reduced to 1/3 of the original traditional products, can significantly reduce the structure for the customer, transportation, and engineering cost.

2:Anti-collision compressive: COB products are directly to the LED chips encapsulation inside the concave lamp of PCB, and then encapsulated with epoxy resin adhesive curing, lamp bump into spherical surface, smooth and solid, resistance to wear.

3:Great perspective: COB encapsulation using spherical shallow Wells, Angle is greater than 175 degrees, close to 180 degrees, and has more excellent optical diffuse color into light effect.

4:Heat dissipation ability: COB products is to encapsulate the lamp on the PCB board, through the copper foil on the PCB board will wick fast heat, and the copper foil thickness of the PCB board has strict technical requirements, almost will not result in a serious light attenuation.So few dead lamp, prolong the life span of the LED display.

5:Easy to clean, no mask, dust or cloth to clean with water.

6:All-weather fine features: using triple inoculation, waterproof, moisture, corrosion, dust, static, oxidation, uv effect is outstanding;Meet the all-weather conditions, when it's minus thirty degrees to 80 degrees centigrade temperature environment can be normal use.

1: Production Effeciency

COB :Efficiency and traditional SMD quite solid crystal, wire, suffix point glue, separation, spectral, packing efficiency higher than traditional SMD.

SMD :The production efficiency is lower than COB encapsulation

2: Application

COB: No need for SMT and reflow soldering process, COB light source directly applied on the lamps and lanterns.

SMD :LED devices need to patch, and then fixed by means of reflow soldering on the PCB board.
